Usage Terms & Conditions

Gift Card :

  • The Gift Card can be used only at Joyalukkas Jewellery outlets in the respective countries wherein Gift card is purchased.
  • To check the Card’s balance please visit any of the Joyalukkas stores in the respective countries wherein Gift card is purchased.
  • The Gift Card cannot be obtained or redeemed for cash.
  • Gift Card can be redeemed only for Jewellery purchase, excluding Gold Bar, Coins, 24k Products, GC, GV and Loose Stones.
  • The Gift Card can be used for complete or partial payment and as many times until the balance is zero.
  • The Gift Card remains the property of Joyalukkas Jewellery and may not be tampered or interfered with, without our consent.
  • As the Gift Card is transferable, Joyalukkas Jewellery will not be responsible for checking the ownership of the Gift Card before acceptance at the checkout.
  • This Card is valid for 12 months from activation or reload date.
  • If the Gift Card is found, please return it to the nearest Joyalukkas store.
  • Joyalukkas Jewellery is unable to replace card(s) if lost or stolen. Misuse of the lost/stolen cards will be the responsibility of the card owner. Joyalukkas Jewellery will not entertain any claims in this respect.
  • Re-issue of faulty or damaged Gift Cards is not possible unless the Gift Cards are proven to be faulty or damaged as a result of the production process or otherwise due to the fault of Joyalukkas Jewellery.
  • Refund of merchandise purchased with the Gift Card will be according to the Joyalukkas retail sales & refund policies in the retail outlets in the respective countries.
  • Consumers (users) are advised to read the terms and conditions carefully.
  • Joyalukkas Jewellery reserves the right to change the terms and conditions governing the use of the Gift Card from time to time at its sole discretion.
  • Joyalukkas Jewellery decisions on all matters relating to the connection with the use of the Gift Card shall be final and binding on the purchaser and all users and no correspondence will be entertained.
  • Joyalukkas Gift Cards may be used as personal or business gifts, but may not be used in connection with any marketing, advertising or other promotional activities (including without limitation via websites, Internet advertisements, email, telemarketing, direct mail, newspaper and magazine advertisements, and radio and television broadcasts) unless you obtain Joyalukkas prior written approval. Such approval shall be conditioned on, among other things, execution of and compliance with Joyalukkas standard Gift Card license agreement.

Vouchers :

  • The Gift Voucher can be used only at Joyalukkas Jewellery outlets in the respective countries wherein Gift voucher is purchased.
  • Full amount of the Voucher needs to be utilized at the time of purchase. Partial use or top up is not allowed.
  • The Gift Voucher cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Gift Voucher can be redeemed only for Jewellery purchase, excluding Gold Bar, Coins, 24k Products, GC, GV and Loose Stones.
  • The Gift Voucher remains the property of Joyalukkas Jewellery and may not be tampered or interfered with, without our consent.
  • As the Gift Voucher is transferable, Joyalukkas Jewellery will not be responsible for checking the ownership of the Gift Card before acceptance at the checkout.
  • This Voucher is valid for based on the validity printed on the voucher.
  • If the Gift Voucher is found, please return it to the nearest Joyalukkas store.
  • Joyalukkas Jewellery is unable to replace Voucher(s) if lost or stolen. Misuse of the lost/stolen Vouchers will be the responsibility of the Voucher owner. Joyalukkas Jewellery will not entertain any claims in this respect.
